Umass umail log in

To log in to your UMass UMail account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the UMass UMail login page: https://umail.umass.edu
2. Enter your UMass NetID and password in the respective fields.
3. Click the "Log In" button.

Note: If you're having trouble logging in, you can try the following:

• Make sure you're using the correct NetID and password.
• Check that your account is not locked or suspended.
• Try resetting your password if you've forgotten it.
• Contact the UMass IT Help Center if you're still having issues.

UMass UMail login requirements:

• Your UMass NetID is usually your first initial and last name, followed by your student ID number (e.g., jsmith1234).
• Your password is case-sensitive and must meet certain complexity requirements (at least 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number).

If you're a new student or employee, you'll need to activate your UMass NetID and set up your password before you can log in to UMail. You can do this through the UMass IT Help Center's online portal.
