Where is archive in google mail

In Gmail, the "Archive" feature is used to move an email out of your inbox and remove it from your inbox count, but it's not deleted permanently. Here's how to find it:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Open the email you want to archive.
  3. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select "Archive" (or press the "E" key on your keyboard).

Alternatively, you can also archive multiple emails at once:

  1. Select the emails you want to archive by checking the boxes next to them.
  2. Click on the "More" menu at the top of the page.
  3. Select "Archive" from the dropdown menu.

Once you've archived an email, it will be moved to your "All Mail" label, where you can find it later. You can also search for archived emails using the search bar at the top of the page.

Note that archiving an email is different from deleting it. When you delete an email, it's permanently removed from your account, whereas archiving it keeps the email in your account but removes it from your inbox.
