Where to mail form 941 without payment 2022
If you need to file Form 941, Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return, without making a payment, you can mail it to the following address:

Make sure to write "No Payment" or "No Deposit" on the top right corner of the form to indicate that you are not including a payment.
