Windows live mail save documents
Windows Live Mail is an email client that allows you to save attachments and documents from emails. Here are the steps to save documents from Windows Live Mail:
Method 1: Save Attachments
- Open Windows Live Mail and go to the Inbox or the folder containing the email with the attachment you want to save.
- Select the email with the attachment by clicking on it.
- Click on the "Attach" button in the top toolbar or press the "Ctrl + Shift + A" keys.
- In the "Attach" window, select the attachment you want to save by clicking on it.
- Click on the "Save" button to save the attachment to your computer.
Method 2: Save Documents from an Email
- Open Windows Live Mail and go to the Inbox or the folder containing the email with the document you want to save.
- Select the email with the document by clicking on it.
- Click on the "View" menu and select "Source" or press the "Ctrl + Shift + S" keys.
- In the "Source" window, scroll down to the bottom of the email and find the document attachment.
- Right-click on the attachment and select "Save As" or "Save Target As".
- Choose a location on your computer to save the document and click "Save".
Tips:
- You can also save attachments by dragging and dropping them from the email window to a folder on your computer.
- If you want to save multiple attachments at once, select the emails with the attachments and then use the "Attach" button or the "Save" button to save all the attachments.
- Make sure you have enough disk space on your computer to save the documents.
