Get off spectrum mailing list
To get off the Autism Speaks (formerly known as Autism Society of America) mailing list, you can follow these steps:
- Email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Unsubscribe" or "Remove me from your mailing list". In the body of the email, include your name and email address that you want to remove from the list.
- Online Form: Visit the Autism Speaks website (www.autismspeaks.org) and click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Fill out the online form, selecting "Unsubscribe from email updates" as the reason for contacting them. Make sure to include your name and email address in the form.
- Phone: Call Autism Speaks at (888) 288-4762 and ask to be removed from their mailing list.
- Mail: Send a written request to be removed from their mailing list to:

Include your name and email address in the request.
Please note that it may take some time for Autism Speaks to process your request and remove your email address from their mailing list. If you continue to receive emails after submitting your request, you can try contacting them again to confirm that your request has been processed.
Remember to also check your email provider's spam or junk mail filters to ensure that emails from Autism Speaks are not being filtered out.
