7. Choose the time frame within which you want to be able to retract your email (5, 10, 15, or 30 seconds).

Once you've enabled the feature, you'll see a "Undo" button in the bottom left corner of the compose window after you send an email. If you click this button within the chosen time frame, the email will be retracted and won't be delivered to the recipient.

Note that this feature only works for emails sent from the Gmail web interface, not for emails sent from the Gmail mobile app or other email clients.
