How to move all mail to inbox in gmail

To move all emails to the Inbox in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Gmail Web Interface

  1. Log in to your Gmail account on the web.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the Inbox page.
  4. Select "Select all conversations in Inbox" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Click on the "Move to" button at the top of the page.
  6. Select "Inbox" from the dropdown menu.
  7. Click on the "Move" button.

Method 2: Using Gmail's Search Function

  1. Log in to your Gmail account on the web.
  2. Type the following search query in the search bar: in:inbox is:unread is:starred
  3. Press Enter to execute the search.
  4. This will show you all unread and starred emails in your Inbox.
  5. Click on the "Select all conversations" checkbox at the top left corner of the search results page.
  6. Click on the "Move to" button at the top of the page.
  7. Select "Inbox" from the dropdown menu.
  8. Click on the "Move" button.

Method 3: Using Gmail's Filters

  1. Log in to your Gmail account on the web.
  2. Click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  5. Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
  6. In the "From" field, enter @gmail.com (or your email address).
  7. Click on the "Create filter" button.
  8. In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Inbox".
  9. Click on the "Create" button.

Note: These methods will move all emails to the Inbox, including emails that are currently in the Spam or Trash folders. If you want to move only unread emails, use Method 2. If you want to move only starred emails, use Method 2 and modify the search query to in:inbox is:starred.
