How to save emails in google mail

There are several ways to save emails in Gmail:

1. Starred emails: You can star important emails to mark them as saved. To do this, click on the star icon () next to the email subject. Starred emails will be marked with a yellow star and will be easily accessible in your "Starred" label.
2. Labels: You can create custom labels to categorize and save emails. To create a label, click on the "Labels" button in the top right corner of the email and select "New label". You can then apply the label to the email by clicking on the label icon () next to the email subject.
3. Filters: You can create filters to automatically save emails that match certain criteria. To create a filter, click on the gear icon () in the top right corner of the Gmail page, select "See all settings", and then click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab. You can then create a filter by specifying the criteria and the action you want to take (e.g. "Apply the label 'Important'").
4. Forwarding: You can forward emails to yourself or to another email address to save them. To do this, click on the "Forward" button at the top of the email and enter the email address you want to forward it to.
5. Print: You can print emails to save them as a physical copy. To do this, click on the "Print" button at the top of the email and select the print options you want.
6. Save as PDF: You can save emails as PDF files to save them digitally. To do this, click on the "More" menu at the top of the email, select "Print", and then select "Save as PDF" from the print options.
7. Gmail's built-in save feature: Gmail has a built-in feature that allows you to save emails as drafts. To do this, click on the "More" menu at the top of the email, select "Save draft", and then enter a title and any additional notes you want to include.

To access your saved emails, you can:

• Go to the "Starred" label to view all starred emails
• Go to the "Labels" tab to view all emails with a specific label
• Use the search bar to search for specific keywords or phrases in your saved emails
• Use the "Filters" tab to view all emails that have been filtered using a specific filter

Note: Gmail has a limit of 10,000 emails per label, so if you have a large number of saved emails, you may need to use multiple labels or filters to organize them.
