Microsoft outlook junk mail settings
Microsoft Outlook provides several options to help you manage junk mail and spam emails. Here are the steps to configure junk mail settings in Outlook:
Method 1: Using the Junk Email Filter
- Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on the "Junk" button in the "Move" group.
- Select "Junk Email Options" from the dropdown menu.
- In the "Junk Email Options" window, you can adjust the following settings:
- "Safe Senders" list: Add email addresses or domains that you trust and want to receive emails from.
- "Blocked Senders" list: Add email addresses or domains that you want to block from sending you emails.
- "Quarantined Senders" list: Add email addresses or domains that you're unsure about and want to quarantine their emails.
- "Level of junk email protection": Choose from three levels: Low, Medium, or High.
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
Method 2: Using the Junk Email Filter in Outlook Web App
- Log in to your Outlook Web App account.
