Microsoft outlook junk mail settings

Microsoft Outlook provides several options to help you manage junk mail and spam emails. Here are the steps to configure junk mail settings in Outlook:

Method 1: Using the Junk Email Filter

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "Junk" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Junk Email Options" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "Junk Email Options" window, you can adjust the following settings:
    • "Safe Senders" list: Add email addresses or domains that you trust and want to receive emails from.
    • "Blocked Senders" list: Add email addresses or domains that you want to block from sending you emails.
    • "Quarantined Senders" list: Add email addresses or domains that you're unsure about and want to quarantine their emails.
    • "Level of junk email protection": Choose from three levels: Low, Medium, or High.
  5. Click "OK" to save your changes.

  1. Log in to your Outlook Web App account.
